For fundraising events (galas, walks, ticketed dinners), we charge a flat $29 activation fee per event. This covers all platform features including ticketing, donation processing (via Stripe), and logistics. There are no percentage fees on your donations (besides standard Stripe processing fees).
No. Zero. Zilch. Unlike other platforms that take 1-5% of your donations, we take 0%. You keep 100% of what you raise (minus standard Stripe processing fees). We believe your funds belong to your mission.
Yes. If you are running a community gathering, service day, or meetup that involves NO money transfer (no tickets, no donations), Proximatic is 100% free. You get geofencing, check-ins, and volunteer management at no cost.
Yes, for fundraising events. We integrate directly with Stripe Connect so funds are deposited straight into your organization's bank account. We never hold your money.
If you cancel before your event start date, we'll refund the $29 activation fee. No questions asked.
